**fwlogd** - A perl daemon for parsing the syslog and storing recognized entries.

**fwlogmgmd** - A perl daemon which read data stored by fwlogd and deliver it to the GUI.

**fwlogview** - The java GUI for displaying and queriing the logentries.

The picture illustrates how all parts work together. Note that both perl applications must run on the same machine.
